Deanna Schober, CPT, PN1 is the fitness professional and nutrition coach behind Fit To Be Pregnant. Hi! I’m Maria, a fertility therapist and coach. When infertility reared its ugly head, I went a wee bit crazy and subsequently experienced spontaneous joy, which I feel would not have been possible without infertility. My doctoral research focused on Posttraumatic Growth and Infertility (vs. PTSD), due to that profound experience, and I have made it my life’s mission to help others achieve the same. Though I still practice psychotherapy, my passion has become Fertility Coaching involving a four-pronged approach for movement toward optimal fertility, which I talk
